Constructed from Zinc coated GI sheets, Steel Sheet formed to provide a 45mm thick fully flush, double skin door shell with Lock Seam joints at stile edges. In-fill Honeycomb is used to give the required rigidity and effective acoustic and thermal insulation.
Vision Glass with 5 MM clear float glass can be provided in Square or Rectangular. The Vision Glass can be provided in Standard Rectangular sizes 200 mm x 300 mm, 300mm x 450 mm & 450 mm x 900 mm based on the location in the buildings.
Factory finished and fixed Metal Louvers (sight proof) can be provided in Square /
Rectangular sizes. The door frames and door shutters are coated with Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer with powder coated finish.
